Hi, I'm Eugene.

Software engineer and database developer with 5+ years across payments, utilities, IoT and data. At KAPS I built live payment APIs that moved 90% of client-owned meters to prepaid smart meters and led an 8-person technical support team. I now build IoT data pipelines as a freelancer for GridDB and Hydrometrics Kenya, and recently volunteered as a backend developer at Bank.green on LLM-assisted bank policy analysis.
